Inspections are carried out by Innovative sourcing group at 3 stages during the production process.
Initial:
During the garment manufacturing process, we carry out an initial inspection when 5% of the garments are manufactured. A report is generated to ensure the garments meet the standards of Innovative Sourcing Group in terms of quality, measurements and look of the garment. Once the initial inspection has been passed, the production continues keeping comments ,if any, in mind.
Mid:
When 50-60% of the production is completed, a mid-inspection is carried out. The garments are again checked for Measurements, quality and look. Upon approval, the production continues .
Final:
Once the bulk production is complete, a random inspection is carried out from the packed goods .Our qualified inspectors randomly select 20% of the production which is inspected keeping in mind the quality standards which are required. A report is generated which is authorised by the Production head before the goods are ready for shipment.
