At Innovative Sourcing Group , we ensure that the production is carried out in an organised and strategic manner in order to achieve consistent quality and timely delivery. At the beginning of the production process, the bulk fabric is tested in Internationally recognized laboratories for colour fastness, shrinkage and tensile strength to ensure the best quality of Indian fabric is used. Once the fabric has met the high standards which Innovative Sourcing Group require, it is then cut as required.
Every garment manufactured, is checked at every stage of the production process and once they have been stitched , they are measured to make sure the garment measurements are as per the approved measurement charts.
The garments are then checked for any irregularities in the stitching process and alterations are carried out if required. All garments are checked on mannequins to ensure the look of the garment is as per the approved sample.
All garments are tagged and packed as per the clients specifications
