Sampling
Prior to starting the process of creating a sample, we will come and visit you to better understand your needs or have chat on the phone. We believe a personal contact is very important to clearly understand your needs and requirements.
In order to create a physical sample we require 3 simple details .
- A photo or a sketch
- Basic measurements
- The fabric to be used
Once we have received these details, we will dedicate one of our experienced merchadiser’s at our factory to look after your account. Our expert pattern makers will create the pattern and the sample makers will make the sample based on your specifications and Innovative sourcing group will update you at every stage of the sampling process. You will have direct access to communication with the merchandiser and Innovative sourcing group will monitor the sample at every stage.
When the sample is ready, it will be sent to you for approval. If there are any further changes required, a second sample will be made as per the changes.
Once the sample has been approved , a measurement chart with the graded measurements will be sent to you for approval. Upon approval of the measurement chart, we will proceed with the bulk production .
